In the House of Representatives Bill




1. H.R-2131 (Skills visa act) 
Authorizes the spouses of H-1B visa holders (H-4 visas) to work.





2. H.R-633 (Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2013) 
This is formerly H.R.3012 and it deals specifically with elimination of per country cap. It has no provision for work authorization of H-4 visa holders.

3. H.R-15 (Border Security, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Modernization Act)
Authorizes an H1B or L- visa spouse to work if he or she is the national of a country that permits reciprocal employment.Eliminates the per country limit for employment based (EB) immigrants.

4. New Immigration Reform guidelines were released by the House of Representatives few weeks back.


Right now we don't know which provisions will be finalized  by the Senate  and the House.
